Bachelor Nick Viall Finally Gets Engaged!

As host Chris Harrison would say, this season of the Bachelor was one of the most dramatic seasons in Bachelor history. The three hour long season finale had many ups and downs concerning the choice bachelor Nick Viall had to make. The two finalists this season were Raven Gates and Vanessa Grimaldi, and fans were split among whom they wanted to win.

It seemed as if Nick’s family wanted Raven to be picked, but Nick ultimately chose Vanessa as his fiance. Vanessa had many concerns regarding their engagement, but she said “yes!” anyway. Nick had many fears going into this proposal, because in previous seasons, Nick has already been turned down twice when he proposed.

Fans were shocked at his decision, because Vanessa had many, many flaws. She was very upset when he wouldn’t say “I love you,” despite there being thirty other girls present. Also, she wasn’t sure she wanted to get engaged. Raven really wanted to get married, and was very close with Nick’s family, but in the end, Vanessa stood out more to Nick.

The infamous Bachelor spoiler, Reality Steve, predicted that Vanessa was going to win very early in the season. Steve has an almost spotless record, only being incorrect once, and this season he was correct with his prediction.

Bachelor nation hopes that their relationship will be successful despite their concerns. Their relationship lasted to the after the final rose, but can it survive all the way to marriage?
